Harvey Norman has offered a cash payment of $0.83 per Rebel share - 27% above our review in issue 66 (Hold - $0.65). Shareholders should be happy, although it is conditional on gaining a 50% acceptance rate. As with all takeovers, HOLD ahead of the paperwork.
