Perpetual sees third-quarter inflow

Perpetual has overcome the departure of its Head of Equities and relatively weak recent performance to post another net inflow of funds.

Perpetual enjoyed another net inflow of funds in the third-quarter of the 2015 financial year, with a total of $0.3bn coming in the door: $0.2bn into cash and fixed income and $0.1bn into Australian equities. Combined with a $2.6bn increase due to market appreciation, funds under management (FUM) rose $2.9bn in the quarter to $34.7bn.
