We were very positive on this company in issue 80 (Buy - $1.10). Perhaps some of the big guns at Catalyst Investment are subscribers because they subsequently decided to buy the whole company! They have bid $1.35 per share and have the support, in the absence of a higher offer, of the Kimberley family who are the majority owners. We think it's a bit light on. So what are the chances of a better offer? Fair. With heavy buying at the bid price today, we think something may be in the offing. Subscribers who acted on our upbeat review are sitting on gains of around 20% - not a bad month's work is it? It's too late to buy in now but if you did follow our advice continue to HOLD FOR THE UPSIDE in the hope of a higher bid.
