Infigen: Interim result 2013

Greater production and higher average prices from its Australian assets boosted Infigen’s interim results.

In the half year ended 31 December, Infigen Energy’s 24 wind farms in Australia and the United States produced 2,161 gigawatt hours (GWh) of electricity, up 4% on the prior corresponding period, helped by a full contribution from the Woodlawn facility and windier average conditions in Australia. The US assets experienced, on average, weak wind conditions and that trend continued into January.
