Hoyts - $2.05: After raising its bid by five cents to $2.05 and making the offer unconditional, Consolidated Press has snared Hellman and Friedman's 12.6% shareholding, pushing its stake to almost 30%. Until we have enough space for a full review of the company it remains a HOLD as Packer's presence should underpin interest in the stock.
