We upgraded Gerry Harvey's growing retail group last issue (Buy - $2.28) and since then it has announced its interim results. The 15.6% increase in net profit wasn't enough for some people and the shares were sold down. The lower cash flow caught our eye but, as we did with Miller's Retail this time last year, we're giving Harvey a chance to set things right. A 2.5-cent fully-franked dividend was also declared (ex-date 14 April). BUY.
