A $17.1m profit for the year to 30 June 2002 was an impressive result for this property developer and retirement village operator. And a five cent fully-franked dividend (ex-date 4 Oct) was declared. Management is tipping more strong profit growth but with the shares already up 18% since issue 105/Jun 02 (Buy - $1.06) our enthusiasm has fallen. But an 8% dividend yield is enough to warrant BUYING FOR YIELD.
