In June this year the share price of CSL received another boost after announcing plans to acquire 47 US-based plasma collection centres owned by the Nabi group. An earnings upgrade was a further bonus and the shares rallied to just over $50. However, we've been getting uncomfortable at these high prices and our last two recommendations have been negative. The price may have come down lately but CSL is still on a PER of over 80 and is susceptible to further corrections. Flight Centre is an example of how harshly expensive stocks can be treated when things go wrong. SELL.
