The company has taken a bath on its investment in E*Trade, but who hasn't? As a result it announced a flat full-year net profit of $38m although its UK operations were disappointing with a 25% drop in EBITDA on the previous year. The shares have dropped 19% since issue 82 (Hold while Unstable - $6.10). HOLD WHILE UNSTABLE.
