The sale of Reckon's Accountants Practice Management Group to MYOB fell over in late May, and with it went shareholder's hopes of a special dividend.
Reckon will continue with three businesses: the aforementioned Accountants Practice Management Group, the Legal Practice Management Group and the Business Group. It has its work cut out for itself, in competition with industry gorillas like Xero, with added risk from its $50m debt pile.
