Australand’s full year result (it has a calendar year end) was in line with expectations. Underlying earnings increased 6% to $135m, and underlying earnings per security also increased 6% to 23.5 cents. A final distribution of 11 cents (ex date already passed) brought the full year total to 21.5 cents, up 5%, putting Australand on a 8.1% yield.
