Objectives and Strategy

The Fund aims to provide Investors with sustainable and stable, tax-advantaged income and the potential for capital growth.
To achieve the investment objective, the Responsible Entity will aim to: invest in the Property, an A-grade office property which, at 1 October 2013 was 100% occupied and had a 12 year lease to the major tenant, actively manage the Property to maximise its value and income growth prospects, regularly review the Property to ensure that its progress and performance are consistent with the investment objective of the Trust, and where appropriate, sell the Property to maximise returns to Investors.
