We should question G20 claims of a global infrastructure shortfall

Too often infrastructure projects are chosen for short-term political gain rather than for society's benefit. It's time for more open debate about infrastructure needs.

The G20 infrastructure agenda cites an OECD prediction the global infrastructure gap will be worth $US70 trillion by 2030. It is predicting this gap will grow.
