Myer is eager to show off its new look this Christmas, claiming to have the data on what shoppers want. Australia’s largest department store is rolling out a new strategic plan, designing their stores to impress their new model shopper, who they’ve called “Eva”. The goal is to give a more polished shopping experience – but will it be enough to coax customers back into stores, and when will shareholders see results?
