The reason is that, as well as just being able to do the most simple tasks of making and receiving phone calls, business owners now literally have the world at their fingertips via their smart phone by being able to effectively access virtually everything they need to in the way of software and useful online applications while being mobile.
Improvements in telecommunications infrastructure, as providers expand both their networks and bandwidth capabilities to allow the high-speed transfer of large amounts of data, have facilitated the smart technology revolution.
