Spotlighting Obama's energy strategy

US President Barack Obama has embraced an 'all of the above' energy policy – which is by far favourable to the 'oil above all' strategy the House is pursuing.

Daniel J Weiss, a Senior Fellow and Director of Climate Strategy at the Center for American Progress, addresses a Senate hearing on whether US President Barack Obama really supports an ‘all of the above’ energy strategy.
