Seven West COO departs

Rohan Lund departs amid rumours he may be NBN Co CEO candidate.

Seven West Media (SWM) chief operating officer Rohan Lund is believed to have resigned from his position, stoking speculation about rumours he may be linked to the vacant chief executive job at NBN Co, according to The Australian.

Mr Lund will reportedly leave Seven at the end of the year.

He had been rumoured to be a lead candidate to become Seven West's new chief executive. However, the position was given to Tim Worner in May.

Mr Lund has reportedly been approached regarding the NBN Co chief executive position, according to The Australian.

The effort to replace former NBN Co chief executive Mike Quigley has been stalled by the change in federal government.
