Sandon to list on ASX: report

Activist investor Gabriel Radzyminsk set to list Sandon Capital by Christmas.

High-profile activist Gabriel Radzyminsk is set to list his own Sandon Capital Investments on the Australian Securities Exchange, The Australian Financial Review reports.

According to the newspaper, Mr Radzyminski will raise $50 million for Sandon with a float being eyed before Christmas.

The moves comes as activist investing, a long-held staple of the United States, becomes more prominent in Australia led by the likes of Mark Carnegie and his Companion Fund.

“We seek to buy value cheaply, but only where we can see a means by which we, and or others, can take steps to unlock and realise that value,” Mr Radzyminski told the AFR of Sandon.
