• Last week you mentioned Spark (ASX: SPK) as an unfranked dividend stock. Its a NZ company listed on the asx, but does New Zealand have a franking system of their own? Does that affect the dividend paid to Australians from companies like Spark?

• I want to make an investment in commercial property, either listed or unlisted. This would be for my super fund. Primarily for income. Are there funds you might consider, general advice only of course!
• I've just looked at what XT means on share sell/buys. It seems almost all the managed funds I am in are traded XT. I gather this means there's a relationship between the fund manager and the broker, whereby they pay nothing for the trade but I do? Can anyone let me know if I'm on the right track there?
• After reading Percy Allen’s book I am interested in investing in a market neutral fund like Watermark to protect against downside movement in the stock market.I wonder if you could have a special program on these types of funds and what you thought about investing in this sort of fund.
• I do recall that you are an avid follower of Warren Buffet, one of Warren's favourite books that he has read and recommends is where are the customers yachts? Have you read this book and do you think the title applies to what is been discovered about bankers and financial planners by the royal commission?
• Why should shareholders take the pain for criminal behaviour by employees. Why aren’t the criminals jailed, starting with the CEO, and their assets confiscated instead?
