Cromwell Property Group is raising $250 million to help fund the acquisition of seven office blocks from the NSW government on a sale and lease back deal. The offices are 68 per cent-leased to the NSW government and include the McKell building in Rawson Place in the CBD and Bligh House on Bligh Street.
