You know the drill by now. The soon-to-be launched InvestSMART Australian Equity Income Fund (ASX: INIF) mirrors the Intelligent Investor Equity Income Portfolio, which has an estimated income of 5.3% pa^ and has returned 11.5% pa since inception on 1 July 2015, compared to the benchmark, which returned 7.9%*.

The main reason for listing this fund is that it offers any easy way for members to invest directly in our income portfolio. Because of its ASX listing, you can buy or sell it as you would an ordinary share, with transparent unit pricing and easy administration and tax reporting.

More details are available here. But the main reason for this Alert is that the initial offer closes this Friday, 8 June. If you want to get in before listing you'll need to hop to it.

Just print the short, two-page Application Form and get it back to us by 5pm Friday by emailing it to invest@investsmart.com.au.
