Agent Love Real Estate said one bidder dropped out early but the remaining two went head-to-head until it was on the market at $245,000. It sold soon afterwards.

A $900,000 vendor bid kicked off the auction, which attracted five bidders keen to buy an entry-level Eaglemont property. It reached its reserve at $940,000.
