Acquisitions are also a key part of SMX's strategy and the company expects to use acquisitions as a means of entering into new specialist service segments. SMS Management and Technology reported NPAT up 7% to $29.8m for the year ended 30 June 2011. Revenues from ordinary activities were $306.1m, up 23.6% from last year. Acquisitions made during the year contributed $10.3m in revenue, indicating that most of the revenue increase came from organic growth. Diluted EPS was 42.7 cents compared to 40.7 cents last year. Net operating cash flow was $19.99m compared to $29.47m last year. The final dividend declared was 16.5 cents, taking the full year dividend to 30 cents compared with 29 cents last year.
