Business Description:
Reef Casino Trust (RCT) is a single purpose Trust in Australia which owns the Reef Hotel Casino complex located in Cairns. The Responsible Entity and Operator is Reef Corporate Services Limited. The Responsible Entity is jointly owned by Casinos Austria International Limited and Accor Casino Investments (Australia) Pty Ltd.

Strategy Analysis:
RCT aims to boost revenues by continual improvement to facilities and building its reputation as a 'must see, must visit' Queensland tourist attraction. Continuous introduction of the latest gaming machines, special events and promotions are also carried out to attract patronage. The company continues to drive business growth through array of initiatives that include promoting the casino as a Cairns major attraction, enhancing entertainment program with bands, special acts, cabaret and special DJs in the nightclub, development of the casino's premium player program and general productivity improvements.
