Business Description:
Energy Developments Limited (ENE) is an international provider of renewable energy and low greenhouse gas (GHG) emission energy. The Company owns and/or operates 79 projects in Australia, the United States, Europe and the United Kingdom with a total capacity of over 690 MW, providing services in four main areas of power generation and associated energy solutions: landfill gas (LFG) power, Waste Coal Mine Gas (WCMG) power, remote energy (RE), and liquefied natural gas (LNG) and compressed natural gas (CNG) power.

Strategy Analysis:
ENE operates in Australia, the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States, providing services in four main areas of power generation and associated energy solutions: landfill gas (LFG) power, coal mine methane (CMM) power, remote area power, and liquefied natural gas (LNG) and compressed natural gas (CNG) power. Their strategy is to secure, long term and low risk Power Supply Agreements (PSA) and Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) with low credit risk counter parties to create stable and predictable revenue streams. This strategy has seen it secure agreements for 380MW of total power until 2010 with reputable companies such as BHP Billiton, Xstrata, OZ Minerals and Power and Water Corporation.
