Company Overview

Business Description:
Centro Retail Group (CRF) is a pure property trust with a diversified domestic retail property portfolio by shopping center format with a spread of regional, sub-regional and convenience shopping centers. CRF is an aggregate of previous Centro funds including CER, CNP managed funds including Centro Australia Wholesale Fund (CAWF) and the Centro Direct Property Fund (DPF). In December 2011, the Supreme Court of NSW approved the schemes of arrangement necessary to effect the restructure of the group.
