Business Description: Country Road (CTY) is involved in the retail of fashion apparel, accessories, homewares and home furnishings. The brand is sold primarily through Country Road retail stores, major department and specialty stores.

Country Road reported NPAT up 47.70% to $18.22m for the year ended 30 June 2011. Revenues from ordinary activities were $423.79m, up 11.20% from last year. Basic and Diluted EPS were 26.38 cents compared to 17.86 cents last year. Net operating cash flow was $35.91m compared to $1.25m last year. The final dividend declared was 12.93 cents, taking the full year dividend to 18.57 cents compared with 8.81 cents last year.
