Business Description:
Clarius Group Limited (CND, Candle Australia Limited) is a provider of contracting and recruitment services for professionals across the Asia Pacific region. CND provide services to the Accounting, Administration, Banking and Finance, Information, Communication and Technology, Property and Construction, Architecture, Engineering, Library, Manufacturing, Marketing, Records, Sales and Senior Management markets to both government and corporate clients.

Strategy Analysis:
CND has undergone several acquisitions during the past few years. The company now operates through six divisions consisting of a number of brands: Candle ICT; Alliance; The One Umbrella; Lloyd Morgan; JAV IT Group; and Realty Check. Since 2006, the company focused on organic growth and internal systems improvements. The company also streamlined its operating structure by consolidating several businesses to operate under the one brand. With regards to geographical diversification strategy, the company aims to expand its operation to Asia. During the 2006/2007 financial year, the company completed the acquisition of the Asian businesses of E.L Consult. It currently has offices in Hong Kong, China, Malaysia and Singapore.
