Business Description: Alliance Resources Limited (AGS) is involved in the exploration, development and mining of minerals deposits in Australia. AGS has three Australian projects covering uranium, gold, copper-gold and base metals as follows: 25% interest in the Four Mile Uranium Project, 100% interest in the East Frome Copper-Gold-Base Metals Project and 100% interest in the Warrina Copper-Gold Project.
Strategy Analysis: AGS aims to realise the potential of its Four Mile Uranium Project and create shareholder value from its other projects in South Australia, Victoria and New South Wales.
Alliance Resources reported negative cash flow of $447,000 for quarter ended 30 September 2011. Operating cash flow for the period was $(447,000). Payments for exploration and evaluation were $(73,000). Investing cash flow was nil. Financing cash flow was nil. Cash in hand at the end of the quarter was $34.48m.
