Objectives and Strategy
Fund Objective The Wilson HTM Priority Growth Fund aims to provide Investors with long term capital growth and outperformance by investing in high growth Wilson HTM Recommended Companies identified by over 45 Wilson HTM research, corporate finance and investment management professionals. More specifically, the Fund aims to provide a total investment return after fees that exceeds the return of the S&P/ASX Small Ordinaries Accumulation Index (its Benchmark) by 8
Fund Strategy The Fund will invest in Australian Equities, hybrids and cash. Australian Equity investments are to be made in: ? companies recommended by Wilson HTM Research, and/or ? Wilson HTM Corporate Finance Capital Raisings, limited to a maximum of 5% of any chosen Capital Raising. The above investments are subject to availability, and at the complete discretion of the Fund Manager. Individual listed stock weightings are not to exceed 30% of the value of the Fund at the time they are purchased. The Fund?s exposure to a single sector is limited to a maxi
