Objectives and Strategy
Fund Objective To provide Investors with returns and capital growth potential from investments in a portfolio of property development projects predominantly located in Western Australia.
Fund Strategy The Fund will only invest in property development projects that meet the Fund's investment selection criteria which includes the requirement that the minimum projected internal rate of return (IRR) for any project must be at least 22 percent per annum (before tax), unless the project is significantly protected from risk. Please note, this is not a forecast return on an investment in the Fund. The Fund will seek to invest principally in residential property development projects and master planned residential communities. Savings Plan Comments The Fund is open to all Investors who reside in Australia (including superannuation funds). Investors should be prepared to invest for a period of no less than three years. The Fund is open ended and has no fixed termination date. Investors should obtain their own independent professional advice about the investment period most suitable for their own investment objectives, financial situation or particular needs.
