Objectives and Strategy
Fund Objective Aims to provide secure investment and monthly income through loans secured by quality first registered mortgages and investment in deposits, money market, fixed interest securities and debt-like hybrid securities.
Fund Strategy Perpetual manages the Fund through gaining exposure to quality first registered mortgages, generally with three year terms, held over freehold and leasehold lands and buildings in Australian capital cities and major regional centres. Perpetual's asset managers apply certain mortgage selection criteria to manage mortgage risk. Investment guideline: Perpetual intends to maintain a min cash level fo 20% of the net asset value of the Fund.

Savings Plan Comments Min initial investment of $1000 with regular investments of min $100 to be made fortnightly, monthly or quarterly.
Redemption Comments Proceeds from withdrawals are usually available within 7 business days, given normal operating conditions, but no later than 70 business days, after the request is received and accepted by Perpetual. The withdrawal proceeds can be paid by cheque or paid into a nominated account ore invested in Perpetual's Cash Fund.
