Objectives and Strategy
Fund Objective The investment objective of the Ironbark Karara Australian Small Companies Fund is to outperform the benchmark, the S&P/ASX Small Ordinaries Accumulation Index, before fees over rolling 4-year periods.
Fund Strategy The Fund will primarily invest in securities of companies not included in the S&P/ASX 100 Index, however up to 15% of the Fund may be invested in securities included in the S&P/ASX MidCap 50 Index. The Fund may invest in securities of unlisted companies but usually only where the companies are expected to list within six months of the date of purchase. The Fund will invest in 25-55 companies and c?ash is limited to 15% of the Fund?s net assets.
