Objectives and Strategy
Fund Objective The Norton Income Fund (Fund) provides investors with an opportunity to receive monthly income distributions at competitive earning rates. The objective of the Fund is to maximize returns to investors. The Fund aims to provide investors with a minimum targeted return of 13% per annum, net of fees and expenses.
Fund Strategy The investment strategy of the Fund is to provide 2nd mortgage finance to approved property developments secured by a subordinated fixed and floating charge over the development and a registered 2nd mortgage over the land the subject of the development. The Manager will endeavour to reduce the investment risk by investing in developments that are diversified by developer, sector and region.
