Objectives and Strategy
Fund Objective The objective of the VGT is to increase the wealth of its investors by substantially outperforming the global stockmarket, benchmarked by the MSCI World Total Return Index, Net Dividends Reinvested in Australian Dollars (MSCI), over the medium to long term without incurring significant risk to capital.
Fund Strategy The Hunter Hall Ethical Super Fund - Balanced Equity Portfolio invests in the Hunter Hall Value Growth Trust (VGT). The VGT invests mainly in securities listed, or to be listed, on global stock markets including Australia and New Zealand. The VGT is much less diversified than other Managed Investment Schemes, generally holding between 50 and 100 stocks. Up to 100% of its portfolio by book value may be invested in international securities.
