Gear your investment
You have the option to fund 50% of your investment through a margin loan from Macquarie Investment Lending which may allow you to build the value of your portfolio faster than without gearing. More on gearing.
The less tax the better
You beneficially own the shares so all dividends, franking credits, and realised gains and losses flow directly to you. This contrasts to other managed funds, where your tax position can be affected by the actions of other investors.
The lower the fees the more you earn
You pay a low, all-inclusive management fee of only 1%, with no brokerage, entry or exit fees or performance fees.
