Company History
On 23 November 2007, PBL shareholders approved a number of resolutions to give effect to the Recommended Proposal to split PBL into two publicly listed companies: a gaming business (Crown) and a media business (CMJ). CMJ acquired PBL's holdings in SEK, Foxtel, Fox Sports and PBL Media. CMJ's holding in PBL Media was diluted to effectively zero in December 2008 following a capital injection by the major holder CVC partners. CMJ sold its holding in Seek in 2009.
